Manulife Pro Activation
The Manulife Pro Activation role offers an exciting opportunity to increase activation ratio with various approaches of sales, development, campaign and initiatives within strategic plan to achieve the change of sales behaviors which lead to the increment of agreed key sales parameters.
Position Responsibilities:
1. Develop and manage learning program, activation program and any other initiatives to provide progressive MDRT achievement
2. Develop sales approach and initiatives in order to boost the number of active agents and monitor the implementation of activation activities in agency
3. Manage the implementation of agency segmentation activities to meet company objectives;
4. Increase growth in agency segmentation number to meet company objectives;
Required Qualifications:
1. Min Bachelor Degree or above;
2. More than 5 years of insurance experience, among them, been engaged in management for more than 3 years;
3. Skillful at time management;
4. Ability to work under pressure;
5. Skilled in Microsoft Office and basic design application;
