- Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role within hotel or villa pre-opening projects
- Proven ability to lead and coordinate all aspects of pre-opening phases including recruitment, SOP development, licensing, and operational setup
- Strong knowledge of hospitality operations, service standards, and local regulations
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Outstanding communication and leadership abilities
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Proactive, hands-on, and detail-oriented
- Flexible to work on-site during project phases and operational readiness
- Strong network with local vendors and hospitality professionals is a plus
- Willing to be placed in Bali
