Product Manager responsible for understanding customer needs, designing product specifications, and maximizing product value. This role involves managing product roadmaps, collaborating with cross-functional teams, evaluating market competition, and leading development efforts using agile methodologies.

Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify needs and desires, ensuring product alignment with market demands.
Design and document product specifications and workflows, maintaining comprehensive Product Spec Documentation for reference and clarity.
Optimize product value and enhance the efficiency of the development team, driving prioritization of features and improvements.
Make informed decisions on trade-offs regarding scope, schedule, cost, and quality, effectively building and managing the product roadmap.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including support, marketing, sales, management, and HR to drive product success and align on strategic initiatives.
Partner with UI/UX teams to refine and innovate user interface and experience, creating intuitive and engaging product designs.
Conduct evaluations and research on both existing and potential features to ensure competitive edge and relevance.
Analyze market competition, benchmarking the company's product features and performance against major competitors to identify areas for improvement..
Serve as a technical solutions expert for both internal and external projects, facilitating effective technology integration discussions.
Engage with potential business partners to explore collaboration opportunities and discuss technology integration strategies.
Support team objectives by contributing to collective results and proactively addressing challenges as they arise.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in any field; degree in business, information system, computer science or related disciplines is a plus
2. 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the SaaS industry.
3. Proven track record of leading product development and managing cross-functional teams.
4. Technical Skills:
Understanding of technical concepts related to software development.
Familiarity with product management tools and methodologies, especially Agile.
Experience in creating Product Spec Documentation and product roadmaps.
Knowledge of UI/UX principles and best practices.
Ability to assess market competition and conduct feature evaluations.
5. Soft Skills:
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with various departments (support, marketing, sales, management).
Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking ability.
Ability to understand customer needs and deliver solutions that maximize value.
