仕事内容:
Business Type: Japanese Automotive Parts MFG
1. Supervise and coordinate the activities of production team members to daily, weekly and monthly targets
2. Monitor production processes and identify opportunities for improvement to increase efficiency and productivity
3. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards across the production floor
4. Provide training and support to production team members
5. Collaborate with other departments
6. Analyze production data and generate reports to track key performance indicators
7. Troubleshoot and resolve any production-related issues in a timely manner
Requirement;
- Education min. D3
- Working experience min. 2 years in Production at Japanese MFG Company, with latest position is leader
- Strong understanding of production process, quality control methods, and lean manufacturing principles (TPS or Six Sigma) (MUST)
- Hold certifications of ISO IATF 16949, ISO 9001 (MUST)
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team, providing coaching and support as needed
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in data analysis and report
