What You'll Do:
- Program Management and Execution
- Oversee end-to-end program delivery, ensure the seamless execution of the JustSystems program, meeting all deliverables, timelines, and quality standards, while fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Manage day-to-day operations, including preparing materials, coordinating calls/events, and handling logistics for key events and activities. Coordinate logistics for sessions with guest speakers and manage additional impact-related projects.
- Lead the talent scouting process for the Civil Society Organization (CSO) and mentor or coach through several activations: site visit to CSO validation, running the online orientation workshop, conduct the identification of mentor or coach, also conduct the workshop and or facilitation for the mentor
- Network Building and Orchestration
- Support the creation of a vibrant JustSystems program by fostering engagement, showcasing program progress, and maintaining stakeholder interest.
- Develop and implement a system for selection, tracking, and engaging CSOs, mentors, coaches, and facilitators for the program.
- Manage day-to-day activities related to the engagement of CSOs and third parties (including preparing materials, coordinating calls/events, and handling logistics), ensuring the seamless execution of the JustSystems program, meeting all deliverables, timelines, and quality standards while fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Partnership Development
- Assist in building strategic partnerships through proposal writing, partner management, and aligning resources for program growth.
- Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL)
- Collect, analyze, and report on feedback to drive continuous program evaluation, improvement, and learning.
- Lead the integration of MEL findings into program design, planning, and reporting.
- Prepare and deliver regular progress reports and key outcomes to stakeholders.
- Oversee the creation of case studies and other knowledge-sharing materials to highlight program impact and best practices.
What You Bring:
- 7 -10yrs experience in program management.
- Entrepreneurial background.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. A “role up your sleeves” attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in stakeholder engagement.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills
- Able to work productively, proactively and independently, on own initiative
- Experience in event planning, logistics management, and/or impact measurement.
- Comfortable working in a multi-regional team from different time zones (some early night calls may be required)
