Job Title: Project Manager
Reports To: Head of Projects and Design

Location: Bali, Indonesia
Role Purpose:
- To ensure Cove onboards quality properties and have the properties ready by the agreed timeline, with proper capex budgets.
- To lead ad-hoc project that involves cross-function team, if assigned & necessary
Responsibilities :
- Visit shortlisted properties and analyze the properties from a building technical quality and operations point of view
- Review and calculate the budget of capital expenditure during the property acquisition process
- Prepare properties for onboarding by liaising with Cove cross-function team and property owners to ensure all works and preparatory tasks have been fulfilled
- Lead & manage a cross-functional team involved in the preparation of the properties to make sure the deadlines are met
- Prepare and review detailed condition reports for each new property, to ensure we capture in full the state in which the property was handed over by the landlord
- Onboard new Cove properties (including arranging and supervising utilities/services installation, and preparing standardized household items)
- Ad-Hoc Ops supporting works in solving Building Technical problems if Onboarding properties is in slower pace/not occurred
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture Engineering
- 6+ years of work experience in Project Management role
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications & speak English
- Has knowledge in low-rise / middle-rise building operational workflow & system
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good time management, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to demonstrate a high level of teamwork
- Willing to work over weekend if required
