We are seeking an experienced Purchasing Admin to join our dynamic team at Ocean Dynasty Bali' in Badung, Bali. This full-time role will be responsible for managing the purchasing and inventory processes to ensure the smooth running of our high-profile hospitality business.
What you'll be doing
- Preparing and processing purchase orders for a range of products and services
- Maintaining accurate inventory records and monitoring stock levels
- Liaising with suppliers to negotiate terms, resolve issues and ensure timely deliveries
- Assisting with the implementation of efficient purchasing and inventory management systems
- Providing administrative support to the wider purchasing and operations teams
- Preparing purchasing reports and analysing data to identify cost-saving opportunities
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in a purchasing or inventory admin role, ideally within the hospitality industry
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to work with spreadsheets and data
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organised with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of purchasing systems and inventory management best practices
