Job Description
- ensure the productivity, performance, and competency development of the QC team to achieve quality targets.
- Develop, evaluate, and update SOPs related to Quality Control Processes (incoming and outgoing).
- Conduct quality findings analysis and develop corrective and preventive actions.
- Prepare regular QC reports and next actions for management.
- Ensure quality standards are met for GPS/Hardware units received from vendors and installed for customers.
- Establish and monitor the KPIs of the QC team and conduct periodic evaluations.
- Propose and implement innovations to improve QC processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
- 3-6 years of experience in quality management or related roles.
- Strong expertise in quality management principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess and improve processes.
- Proven experience in process improvement and problem-solving techniques.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing and guiding teams.
- In-depth knowledge of quality management tools, technology, and industry standards.
