Quality System :
• Design procedures and forms in standard format.
• Ensure the security, accessibility and proper distribution of QMS documents.
• Communicate, provide review and arrange BINUS Business Process development for related user
• Maintain compliance of BINUS Sistem Penjaminan Mutu Internal with government regulation, national and international accreditation.
• Maintain and update related documentation according to the established procedure for the maintenance of the files and records.
• Facilitate all Unit or Faculty/School in BINUS University in order to continually improve process in related area
• Assist Quality System Section Head in developing BINUS Business Process.
• Administer quality system documentation in BINUS University and supporting division (i.e., check, edit and finalized proposed documents, upload and control usage of documents)
• Prepare Documents to support Borang and other accreditations both national or international
• Provide research data to support business functions, process knowledge, and process improvement.
• Keep track of program/new system implementation in BINUS University and maintain related standard
• Organize trainings related to Quality Management for internal and external parties
Accreditation :
• Organize documents to support national or international accreditations.
• Support the implementation of national or international accreditation
Quality System :

Management Support Activities:
• Provide Report to direct Supervisor
• Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost)
• Perform activities related to Quality Management System
• Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor
Education Requirement:
• Minimum Bachelor Degree
Work Exposure/ Experience:
