Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively generate and manage a pipeline of leads and prospective buyers
- Promote and sell villas, land, and development opportunities to both local and international clients
- Conduct property sourcing, due diligence, and listing acquisition
- Organize and lead property viewings and tours for clients
- Offer expert advice on pricing strategies, market conditions, and investment potential
- Maintain a strong understanding of Bali’s property market and legal framework
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors
- Work collaboratively with legal, marketing, and operations teams to close deals
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs
Requirements:
- Experience in real estate sales or a strong passion and knowledge of the property sector
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and results-driven
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work both independently and in a team setting
- Familiarity with Bali's property market and legal regulations is highly valued
- Own transportation is a strong advantage
- AREBI Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
