Key Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage incoming phone calls, directing them to the correct person or department
- Deliver excellent customer service by responding to questions, resolving issues, and providing information to visitors
- Keep the front desk area tidy and well-organized
- Address inquiries and resolve problems promptly and politely
- Monitor appointment schedules and communicate any updates or changes
- Maintain a log of communications for future reference
- Efficiently handle multiple tasks simultaneously, such as answering calls, assisting visitors, and managing appointments
- Protect confidential information and comply with privacy standards throughout all tasks
Qualifications
- Proven experience working as a Front Liner, Receptionist, or in a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong verbal and written communication capabilities
- Dedicated to providing outstanding customer service
- Skilled at multitasking and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Maintains a neat, well-groomed, and professional appearance at all times.
