Job Responsibilities:
- Handle all reservation inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and booking platforms
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date booking information in the reservation system
- Coordinate with operations, host team, and F&B to ensure smooth guest experiences
- Respond promptly to guest requests and special arrangements
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service
- Manage reservation schedules, capacities, and table allocations
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in beach clubs, restaurants, or luxury hospitality settings
- Experience using reservation systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English is a must; other languages are a plus)
- Sales-oriented with upselling capabilities and attention to detail.• Calm and professional under pressure or during high-volume periods
- Tech-savvy and familiar with basic MS Office tools and digital booking platforms
