Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and confirm reservations through various platforms (OTAs, direct bookings, emails, phone calls).
- Maintain up-to-date villa availability calendars and ensure accurate booking details.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, providing detailed information about villa amenities, pricing, and availability.
- Assist in customizing bookings based on guest preferences (e.g., special events, extended stays).
- Coordinate with villa staff to ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures.
- Maintain a professional, friendly relationship with guests throughout their stay.
- Process payments and generate invoices for bookings.
- Ensure compliance with villa policies and procedures regarding deposits, cancellations, and refunds.
- Work closely with butlers, housekeeping, maintenance, and front desk teams to ensure the villa is ready for guest stays.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in hospitality, villa management, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with reservation systems and OTAs (e.g., Airbnb, Booking.com).
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple bookings simultaneously.
- Ability to provide excellent guest service and resolve any booking-related issues.
- Proficiency in English is Mandatory; additional language skills are a plus.
- Willing to work on-site in Bali, Indonesia.
- Available to join immediately.
- Able to drive and own a vehicle.
