Are you a highly motivated and experienced leader with a passion for hospitality and culinary excellence? We are seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee and elevate the overall operations of our restaurant, ensuring the highest levels of customer service, team performance, and business results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations, including dining service, kitchen coordination, and staff supervision.
- Lead, train, and inspire a team of service staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
- Implement and uphold service standards and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost control to optimize profitability.
- Handle guest feedback, resolve issues professionally, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the executive chef and F&B team to plan promotions, events, and seasonal menu changes.
- Prepare financial reports and meet revenue targets.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a reputable F&B establishment.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong knowledge of F&B service, customer handling, and budgeting.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written); other languages are a plus.
- Professional appearance, with strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
