The Restaurant Manager is to manage assigned outlet as a successful independent profit centre in the F&B Division in sections appointed, to maximize profits, maintain food / beverage / service quality, staff performance and ensure customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
Minimum 7+ years’ experience in an international class hotel
Certificate/ Diploma in food and beverage/ hospitality management
Computer literate
Oral and written fluency in English
Good communication skills
Motivator and self-starters
Displays initiative
Commitment to professional values
Team leader/ builder
People oriented
Creative/ open-minded or dynamic personality
Strong command of the F&B operations
Good understanding of procurement functions, pricing strategies as well as sales & marketing methods
