仕事内容:
1. Japanese Language Instruction
- Conduct Japanese language classes for students preparing to work or study in
Japan.
- Focus on developing listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
2. Curriculum Delivery
- Teach students up to JLPT N4/N3 level, based on a structured syllabus provided or developed in-house.
- Ensure lessons align with JLPT standards and exam requirements.
3. Student Assessment & Progress Monitoring
- Regularly assess student performance through quizzes, mock exams, and oral tests.
- Provide feedback and additional support where necessary to help students
achieve their learning goals.
4. Classroom Management & Discipline
- Maintain a positive and disciplined learning environment.
- Monitor attendance, participation, and class behavior.
5. Training & Mentoring
- Guide and motivate students in preparing for life and work in Japan, including
basic cultural etiquette and communication habits.
- Support students in building the right mindset for adapting to Japanese society.
6. Administrative Duties
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
- Coordinate with academic and dormitory staff for student welfare if necessary.
Requirement:
- SMA/SMK or more
-JLPT N3 or more, prefer N2
-have been worked as kensshusei/tokutei ginou in Japan
-experience Japanese teacher at LPK(training center for kenshuusei/Tokutei Ginou)
