General Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory F&B role, preferably in a beach club, day club, luxury resort, or upscale restaurant/bar.
- Strong background in restaurant operations, guest service, and team leadership in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.Proven ability to manage diverse teams (servers, bartenders, hosts, support staff).
- Experience in coordinating events such as brunches or DJ sessions is highly preferred.
- Skilled in handling daily operations, guest complaints, and ensuring smooth service.
- Hands-on leader with the ability to train, motivate, and supervise large teams.
- Strong passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Good understanding of budgeting, cost control, and inventory systems.
- Proficient in POS, scheduling tools, and reporting software.Knowledgeable in hygiene, safety regulations, and licensing compliance.
- Energetic, well-presented, service-oriented, and detail-focused.
- Able to work weekends, holidays, and under pressure.English proficiency required; other languages are a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Open for Indonesian citizen only and preferably Bali domiciled.
