We are looking for an energetic and hands-on Restaurant Supervisor to support the Restaurant Manager in ensuring operational excellence. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in service and leadership, who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise service operations during shifts, ensuring smooth and efficient execution.
- Assist in training and mentoring service staff, fostering a productive and positive work environment.
- Ensure proper implementation of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns in a timely and courteous manner.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure consistent service flow.
- Maintain inventory of service tools, uniforms, and other supplies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in hospitality or F&B.
- Excellent people and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Positive attitude and customer-first mindset.
