Responsibilities:
You are on a journey to join an exciting Company and be part of our success story. Here we will equip you with the know-how and experience that will define your growth. In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:
1. SERVICE
- Oversee, monitor and improve clinic service quality, competency staff
- Create and update clinical pathway to standardize clinic medical service
- Coordination with wellness team, company doctor to held health event in Riau Complex
- Coordination with Company doctor for RGE CC clinic service and equipment
2. STAFF MANAGEMENT
- Reviewing the new staff that send by vendor for their acceptance of the performance including, Doctors, Nurses, administration personnel
3. INVENTORY MANAGEMENT
- Managing clinic medicine availability and expiry
- Maintenance of medical equipment and calibration expiry
4. COMPLIANCE
- Ensuring the clinic adheres to all relevant healthcare regulation, safety guidelines and legal requirements
