- Assist in identifying, recording, and monitoring risks across all company functions.
- Collect and analyze risk data for reporting purposes.
- Support the development of monthly or quarterly risk reports.
- Assist in conducting risk studies on competitors and fintech industry developments.
- Support the creation or revision of SOPs, policies, and risk management frameworks.
- Provide analysis that contributes to decision-making.
- Minimum Qualifications: currently enrolled in risk management, finance, accounting, industrial engineering, information systems, business, or other related fields.
- understanding of basic risk management concepts (identification, assessment, mitigation).
- proficient in microsoft excel (functions such as vlookup, and pivot table) and google sheets.
- able to read and process data (knowledge of Python or SQL is a plus).
- basic understanding of fintech business processes or electronic money services.
- strong critical and analytical thinking skills in evaluating data and processes.
- detail-oriented, meticulous, and highly curious about potential risks.
- able to deliver analysis results effectively, both in written and verbal communication.
- capable of collaborating and coordinating across departments such as operations, technology, and compliance.
- proactive, responsible, and with high integrity.
- quick to adapt in a dynamic environment.
