Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to manage and grow strategic relationships with key clients in the financial services and payments ecosystem. This role is critical in driving revenue growth, enhancing customer satisfaction, and expanding our footprint across Indonesia.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage relationships with major banks, PSPs, and fintech clients to drive long-term business growth.

Identify and convert new business opportunities across acquiring, terminal solutions, and value-added services.

Act as the primary point of contact for client needs, providing strategic guidance and ensuring timely issue resolution.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (technical, operations, finance) to deliver high-impact solutions.

Achieve sales and revenue targets through proactive account planning and pipeline management.
-
Prepare and deliver presentations to C-level stakeholders, both internally and externally.
-
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform go-to-market strategies.
-
Ensure full compliance with Bank Indonesia (BI) regulations and company policies.

Represent Ingenico at industry events and client engagements as a trusted thought partner.
Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA is a plus.
-
5–7 years of experience in B2B sales or account management within the financial services, payments, or fintech industries.

Professional background from respected organizations such as Hambara Bank, BCA, CIMB, Mastercard, Visa, or equivalent is preferred.

Deep understanding of the payments landscape, including acquiring, POS terminals, and value-added services.

Strong hunter mentality with a self-starter attitude and entrepreneurial mindset.

Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
-
Existing network within the Indonesian payments and banking sector is highly desirable.

Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal and written).

Well-versed in local Bank Indonesia (BI) regulations and compliance frameworks.
