Description:
We are looking for a Sales Executive who is results-driven and passionate about decor and styling to join our Decorator & Styling Division. This role involves developing and maintaining client relationships, driving sales for our decor services, and ensuring seamless execution of projects to meet client expectations.
Qualifications:
- Experience in sales & marketing (preferably in the decor, event planning, or hospitality industry).
- Strong understanding of decoration and styling trends for weddings.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build relationships with clients and vendors.
- Target-driven and results-oriented, capable of working under pressure to achieve KPIs.
- Ability to create compelling proposals and presentations for clients.
- Experience in client account management, from prospecting to project execution. • Creative, detail-oriented, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with high initiative.
- Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (spoken and written).
- A strong network in the decor, events, and wedding industry is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the decor & styling industry.
- Manage client communications from the initial inquiry to project completion.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure projects meet client expectations.
- Attend client meetings, vendor discussions, and venue visits to ensure smooth execution of decor services.
Support brand awareness efforts through effective marketing initiatives
