- Design and implement effective sales strategies with Account Executives to increase revenue from government clients.
- Responsible for meeting sales targets and revenue goals set specifically for government clients.
- Manage long-term relationships with government clients.
- Identify client needs and provide solutions that align with the company's offerings.
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, finance, and production to ensure the seamless execution.
- Prepare reports to track progress, identify potential opportunities, and suggest improvements.
- Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales (pref. in media industry), with a focus on government clients or large-scale projects.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, especially in engaging with government entities.
- Strategic thinker with an understanding of government policies and regulatory processes.
- Goal-oriented, proactive and collaborative.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing and mentoring a team.
- Fluent in English is a plus.
