Stay With Loca (SWL) is a villa management company based in Uluwatu, Bali. Our company focuses on high-end services, specializing in luxury buildings and lifestyle properties. The company is currently in a growth phase and has extensive plans for future expansion.
We are urgently looking for a Head Housekeeper to oversee the day-to-day operations of one of our premier properties.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality or villa management industry, min. 5 years
- Excellent organizational skills, proactivity and attention to detail
- Strong communication abilities, client-oriented, can-do attitude
- Ability to handle scheduling and operational logistics effectively
- Proficiency in English; Bahasa Indonesia native
- Able to join us immediately
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily work of the housekeeping team
- Inspect villas and common areas to ensure cleanliness meets standards
- Create cleaning schedules and assign duties to housekeepers
- Assist the Villa Manager to train new housekeeping staff and provide ongoing support
- Maintain housekeeping supplies and manage inventory efficiently
- Report any maintenance issues or damage to the Villa Manager
- Assist in deep cleaning and special setups when required
- Ensure linen and laundry are handled properly and on time
- Communicate clearly with management and other departments
- Uphold hygiene and safety standards at all times
- Support the team and step in to help when needed, especially during busy periods
