We are seeking a driven and proactive Sales and Marketing Specialist to market kiosks and source potential tenants for a food court project in Gili Air. This hybrid role combines online and in-office work in Denpasar, Bali, allowing you to collaborate with the team while handling sales and marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market and sell kiosks to potential clients.
- Identify target markets and potential customers for the food court project.
- Generate leads and follow up to secure deals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to meet sales and operational objectives.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular updates to the management.
- Use feedback and data to optimize marketing and sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or related roles, preferably in property, retail, or real estate.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the demands of a dynamic project.
- Familiarity with the Bali & Gili business market is preferred.
