Job Description

The Sales Operations Intern will assist various research and development project aimed at enhancing the effectiveness of sales operations and capabilities. This role will provide valuable hands-on experience in market research, data analysis, and sales training capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Develop Monitoring Dashboard or Tracker for Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Sales Performance

• Tasks:
  • Identify relevant KPIs for tracking sales performance.
  • Regularly update the dashboard with sales data and provide insights on trends and performance.

Conduct Research on Marketing Key Messages from Healthcare Professionals (HCPs)

• Tasks:
  • Review sales tools and analyze existing marketing materials.
  • Gather insights regarding HCP perceptions and messaging.
  • Compile findings into a comprehensive report that highlights key themes and actionable recommendations.

Conduct Research on Sales Team Capabilities

• Tasks:
  • Collaborate with the Cross-Functional Team (CFT) to identify common challenges faced by the sales team.
  • Research best practices in sales training and propose enhancements to existing training programs.

Internship Duration: 6 Months

Requirement

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work at Jakarta Office (hybrid working system).
