About the Role:

Lead the design and execution of high-impact sales strategies that align with our business north star metrics. This role will be responsible for driving efficient sales motion, optimizing resource utilization, and continuously improving execution through data-driven iterations. A key challenge lies in identifying untapped opportunities—whether through new client segments or innovative business models—and translating them into actionable, scalable strategies. In the first six months, this role will be instrumental in unlocking growth levers, refining go-to-market approaches, and delivering measurable business impact.

What you will do:

    • Define and implement sales strategies – Develop strategic plans to achieve business objectives and north star metrics.
    • Create sales playbooks and go-to-market plans – Translate strategy into clear, executable frameworks for the sales team.
    • Monitor and improve sales performance – Track execution, identify gaps, and iterate for continuous improvement.
    • Optimize resource efficiency – Ensure budget and tools are used effectively to drive maximum impact.
    • Explore new business opportunities – Identify potential clients, markets, or business models to expand revenue streams.
    • Conduct risk and opportunity assessments – Analyze feasibility and potential of new initiatives from multiple angles.
    • Develop business and operational models – Create scalable models to support strategic decision-making.
    • Deliver strategic recommendations – Present insights and proposals to leadership to support growth initiative

What you will need:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
    • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales strategy, business development, or related roles.
    • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
    • Proven ability to develop and execute sales and growth strategies.
    • Experience in evaluating new business opportunities and building business cases.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficient in using data and tools to drive decision-making.
