We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced English Teacher to join our team at Sekolah Madania. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective English language lessons to Junior High School students, following the Cambridge syllabus. This position requires a strong command of the English language and a passion for teaching.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lesson plans based on the Cambridge syllabus.
- Create a dynamic and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
- Assess and monitor student progress through regular testing and feedback.
- Collaborate with other teachers to enhance the overall quality of the English curriculum.
- Participate in school events and extracurricular activities related to English language learning.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in English or equivalent.
- Minimum TOEIC score of 605 or equivalent CEFR C1 level.
- Familiarity with the Cambridge syllabus and teaching methodologies.
- Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience in an educational setting.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
