Job Description
- Provide comprehensive administrative support including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments,
- Coordinate and manage calendars for executives or team members, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as required.
- Facilitate effective communication between executives, team members, clients, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear and accurate information.
- Assist in the preparation of meeting agendas, materials, and presentations, and take minutes during meetings as needed.
- Handle administrative tasks such as processing expense reports, managing invoices, and coordinating office maintenance and repairs as required.
Requirements
- Fresh graduate or minimum 3 years of experience in administrative support roles, preferably as a secretary, within a relevant industry or organization or related field.
- A Diploma's degree from all majors, with preference given to the following majors: Management, Administration, Communication.
- Demonstrated ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to compose clear and professional correspondence, emails, and reports.
