Education & Certification:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Security Guard license or certification preferred (Gada Pratama)
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (hospitality, retail, or commercial security preferred).
- Familiarity with CCTV systems and basic report writing.
Skills & Competencies:
- Good physical condition and ability to stand for long hours.
- Clear communication skills (verbal & written).
- Basic English proficiency; local language fluency required.
Other Requirements:
- Willing to work in shifts, weekends, or public holidays.
- Neat and professional grooming.
- High sense of responsibility and confidentiality.
