Job Description

- Lead negotiations with banking partners to secure funding for promotions and joint marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand promotional needs and align them with bank funding opportunities.
- Ensure favorable terms and conditions are secured to meet business objectives.
2. Partnership Growth & Bank Product Penetration:
- Develop strategies to grow bank product penetration in line with the company's objectives.
- Identify opportunities to introduce new banking products or enhance existing ones in collaboration with partners.
- Track and analyze the performance of bank products and partnerships, providing insights for continuous improvement.
3. Program Development & GTM Strategy:
- Create and implement programs and campaigns that drive mutual value for both the company and banking partners.
- Develop go-to-market strategies that effectively promote bank products and partnership initiatives.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other relevant departments to ensure successful program execution.
4. Reconciliation Process:
- Oversee the reconciliation process, ensuring that all transactions, funding, and financial agreements are accurately recorded and reported.
- Work closely with the finance team to resolve any discrepancies and ensure timely settlements.
- Provide regular updates and reports on reconciliation status to stakeholders.
Job Requirements
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a related role within the financial services industry.
- Proven experience in negotiating and managing banking partnerships.
- Strong understanding of bank products and the financial services market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track, measure, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
