Work you’ll do
Risk Management
- Assisting in EL template standardization throughout SEA T&L practice offices;
- Conducting quarterly DRMS spot check;
- Assisting in monitoring the filing of contract and engagement files;
- Monitoring compliance to ISO 27001 ISMS (physical checks and preparation for semi-annual internal/ external audits);
- Assisting in reviewing Marketplace BR for SEA BRL approval;
- Assisting in assessing the risk of New Service Offerings (including new use of tools/ applications);
- Assisting in responding to enquiries and revamping SEA Tax Practice Manual (DPM Level 3);
- Assisting in preparing QRM communications;
- Assisting in conducting the inspection on the Anti Money Laundering and regulatory inspections;
- Handling incident reports (confidential information breach incidents, investigation of root causes);
- Assisting in engagement/post-Engagement risk consultations (queries on deliverables, billing agreements, others);
- Assisting in risk assessment on cryptocurrency-related engagements (for SEA BRL review and approval); and
- Assisting in OneQRM Harmonisation Project.
Legal
- Assisting in pre-engagement risk consultations: complex proposal/ EL (e.g., IPO, 3rd party reliance/ involvement, involvement of law firms);
- Assist in reviewing any legal documents (non-disclosure agreement, addendum, engagement letter, terms of business, subcontractor agreement, bidding/tender form); and
- Assisting engagement team in preparing Risk Mitigation Action Plan (RMAP).

Requirements
- Min. Bachelor's Degree in Law with GPA 3.00 and above
- Min. 3 years experience in law firm or as corporate legal with relevant experience
- Willing to work for a temporary position/ contract-based
- Able to start immediately
