A dynamic property investment and finance group based in Bali is looking for a highly organised and relationship-driven Senior Investor Relations & Client Experience Manager to join their team immediately.
The ideal candidate will serve as the primary liaison for a growing network of international investors—currently over 300 and projected to exceed 1,000 by the end of the year. This is a pivotal role to ensure the investors feel informed, valued, and connected throughout their journey by maintaining investor trust, coordinating visits and project updates, and delivering brand-aligned experiences that reflect the premium nature of the offerings. You will be a confident communicator and a strong project coordinator with a high level of professionalism.
Requirements :
- Open for local candidates.
- Minimum three years of experience in investor relations, client management, or a related field within the hospitality or financial services industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage high-valued clients and stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Comfortable working with investor databases or CRM platforms.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and a creative flair for content creation.
- Ability and willingness to host clients and investors in person, including after-hours or travel if needed.
- Ability to work independently, as a manager, as this is not a support role.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
Responsibilities :
- Investor Relations Management: Act as the main point of contact for all investor communications, ensuring consistent, timely, and professional engagement across all channels.
- Investor Updates: Deliver regular investor updates on project developments, construction progress, handover timelines, and key events.
- Client Experience & Visit Coordination: Manage the calendar and logistics for investor and client visits—planning, hosting, and ensuring every interaction is seamless and reflective of brand values.
- Stakeholder Management: Maintain alignment and information flow with key stakeholders including the Board of Directors, external sales channels, and developer partners.
- Develop & Maintain Reporting: Develop and maintain reporting standards for all relevant departments, ensuring that updates and information are disseminated accurately and efficiently across the organisation.
- Content Collaboration: Work with the marketing and social media teams to co-create content that highlights our brand to engage both current and potential investors.
- Relationship Building: Be willing to meet with and entertain clients, which may include after-hours or weekend engagements to strengthen relationships and enhance client satisfaction.
