About the Role

This role is responsible for all sales and marketing activities to grow Investor Sales business, which includes maintain relationship with Financial Institutional clients and perform active engagement of Global Markets products to the clients. This role will include offering a tailored solution across all different asset classes which match the clients’ needs and risk appetite. In addition, the Investor Sales will be covering a portfolio consists of Banks, Funds, Insurance and Diversified Financials. The role reports to the Head of Investor Sales Indonesia

What will your day look like?

Financial

Support the Head of Investor Sales in developing and executing strategies to access broader market opportunities, ensuring alignment with ANZ’s overall business goals for sustainable growth. Actively identify and pursue new business leads, maintain a strong customer pipeline, and consistently aim to meet or exceed revenue targets. Regularly engage in customer planning by reviewing client portfolios and tracking revenue, growth, and volume to stay aligned with performance targets and identify areas for improvement.

Process

Ensure full compliance with ANZ’s risk management and regulatory policies by staying up to date with changes in processes, policies, and documentation, and applying them consistently in daily operations. Proactively identify and escalate any risk or compliance issues to the appropriate stakeholders to help mitigate potential impacts. Maintain a strong understanding of all Markets products and structures to support accurate execution, effective risk management, and delivery of value to clients

People

Contribute to sustainable business growth by strengthening customer relationships and supporting key initiatives that create long-term value. Research prospective clients to identify new sales opportunities and work closely with the FIG team and product specialists to broaden market reach. Collaborate with internal stakeholders—including operations, onboarding, legal, and compliance teams—to ensure smooth service delivery and a consistently positive customer experience

Customer

Serve as a trusted advisor by providing responsive, proactive, and high-quality service, ensuring all customer requests are resolved within agreed timelines. Actively promote ANZ’s service offerings by engaging relevant business partners and clearly communicating the value to clients. Regularly analyze customer performance data to identify trends and uncover new sales opportunities, using these insights to tailor solutions that meet evolving client needs.

What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

Industry knowledge of 5 – 10 years’ experience in Investor Sales/FI Sales/Global Markets
Good understanding of Global Markets products
Strong research and analytical skills to achieve deep customer understanding and to develop customer specific service proposition
Strong team player with demonstrated ability to build solid internal/external relationship
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Highly organized with the ability to handle an atmosphere of demanding high pressure work and stretched working hours when required
Self-motivated and proactive with capacity to operate successfully across culture
Ability to operate in a fast paced and dynamic environment with varied work responsibility depending on business needs
