In this position you will....

drive and manage strategic partnerships with insurance and reinsurance carriers to deliver innovative protection and inclusion products for bolttech clients. Leverage underwriting insights to create value for partners, while enabling embedded insurance solutions for B2C companies seeking deeper customer engagement.

You will be responsible for…

  • Lead and manage carrier and reinsurer partnerships across Indonesia, delivering embedded insurance solutions in sectors like mobility, health tech, online safety and any broker product needed.
  • Develop and launch innovative insurance products, leveraging bolttech’s global capabilities and aligning with client aspirations and market needs.
  • Drive strategic growth by identifying product opportunities across personal and commercial lines, ensuring competitive and relevant offerings.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with business development, underwriting, claims, and servicing teams to craft tailored, market-ready solutions.
  • Evaluate and manage P&L implications from both insurance and reinsurance perspectives, ensuring sustainable product performance.
  • Quantify complex risks for disruptive clients, translating insights into actionable solutions and compelling value propositions.
  • Own the full deal lifecycle, from identifying client needs (spoken or unspoken) to structuring partnerships and closing high-impact opportunities.
  • Champion bolttech’s brand and team culture through mentorship, industry engagement, and alignment with company growth goals.

You will require the following qualifications and skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Insurance, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in General Product, with at least 3 years in a Broker Technical Manager/General Product Manager or equivalent role.
  • Having Active broker license of AAPAI, APAI, CIIB, and BNSP level 7
  • Deep understanding of the insurance industry, especially in brokerage and risk advisory.
  • Demonstrated ability to close complex deals with corporate clients.
  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic selling capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a target-driven environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
