✅ Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all MEP activities (maintenance, installation, troubleshooting).
- Lead a small technical team across the island and support properties.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and operational standards.
- Liaise with contractors and vendors as needed.
✅ Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role (hotel/resort experience is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems & preventive maintenance.
- Willing to be based in Labuan Bajo (on-site accommodation provided).
- Can join immediately
- Hands-on, solution-oriented, and adaptable in a remote environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
