Key Responsibilities:
Assist in coordinating all phases of real estate projects, including planning, design, construction, and closeout Maintain project schedules, track milestones, and update stakeholders on progress Organize and attend project meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute minutes Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and correspondence Liaise with internal teams, contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure effective communication Monitor project budgets and assist with cost control measures Prepare and submit regular project status reports Coordinate site visits and inspections as needed Assist with procurement processes and vendor management Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies
