The Senior Talent Management Solutions serves as a strategic advisor and project leader in comprehensive talent management solutions. This role is pivotal in guiding clients through advanced talent acquisition and management strategies, using tools such as virtual assessment center, online psychometric assessment, virtual assessment center, and employee engagement survey.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Advisory in Talent Management: providing tailored advice on talent management and acquisition
2. Talent Consulting Project Management: managing and executing talent consulting projects
3. Psychological and Behavioral Insight Delivery: analyzing and Reporting Talent Behavior
4. Development Interventions: delivering developmental workshops and coaching
5. Talent Data Analysis and Reporting: data analysis and visualization
6. Psychometrics and Behavioral Assessment Training: conducting training and workshops
7. Client Relationship Management: building and sustaining client relationships
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a closely related field
2. At least 5 years of experience in human resources, preferably with some exposure to talent management or organizational development.
3. Knowledge of HR practices and talent management processes.
4. Understanding of employee lifecycle and the fundamentals of HR analytics
Preferred: Exposure to psychometric testing and assessment center methodologies
5. Proficiency in microsoft office (especially excel for data analysis and powerpoint for presentations)
6. Basic skills in data collection, analysis, and report writing
