Strategy:
- Manage, track and monitor of all PLAI system performances
- Investigate, monitor, find the root cause of all PLAI system issues and ensure implementation of the fix(strategic and tactical) timely to prevent such issues happen in the future
- Manage and ensure problem management process are effectively implemented
- Work with incident manager to ensure an effective incident management execution. Continuously monitor the overall incident management portfolio for a better outcome
- Manage the effective implementation of IT policies and procedures to reduce risks from internal or external threats.
- Manage TechM relationship to ensure infrastructure, operations, incident management, helpdesk are delivered to expected service level agreements and KPIs.
- Manage, track and monitor Agile Delivery
Delivery:
- Manage management reporting and information for Digital and IT, such as Quarterly Business Review, Weekly/ monthly management overview
- Support Chief Digital and Transformation Officer to manage overall Digital and IT team
Risk Management:
- Manage and review Strategic Initiatives implementation align with IT policies and procedures to reduce risks from internal or external threats.
People:
- Support smooth transition to new COE tribe structures.
- Promote people excellence through the people development and continual learning to build a strong local resource pool of digital and IT talents
