We are currently looking for a Social Media Manager to join our team — someone passionate about content, digital storytelling, and community building.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop monthly content plans for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube in collaboration with the creative team.
- Brainstorm and pitch content ideas tailored to our audience and brand voice.
- Write scripts (if needed), act as on-screen talent, direct video shoots, and film/edit content.
- Collaborate with team members during the shooting process.
- Write engaging captions and schedule posts based on the approved content calendar.
- Analyze performance data from each platform and create monthly social media performance reports.
- Use insights to refine content strategies and maximize engagement.
- Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns on Instagram and TikTok.
- Track ad performance and include key insights in monthly reports.
- Design or oversee the creation of visual assets for holiday greetings or campaign-specific posts.
- Lead and mentor the social media & creative team to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
- Maintain good relationships with the Timeology store team and external partners.
- Plan and manage collaborations for content creation.
- Research and reach out to suitable Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) for Timeology and maintain strong working relationships.
- Act as a host for Instagram Live sessions and selected YouTube content when needed.
- Assist in maintaining the website and support visual design needs for both website and social platforms.
- Perform other tasks as assigned, in support of Timeology’s digital growth and social media presence.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in journalism, communications, marketing, or a related field.
- 5-7+ years of experience in social media marketing and content creation (experience in the lifestyle/luxury industry is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and paid ad platforms.
- Confident on camera, creative, resourceful, and highly organized.
- A social media savvy, up to date with latest trends.
- Having a strong technical documentation skills (videography & photography).
- Proficient in design tools (e.g., Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop) and video editing software (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere).
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and visual to convey ideas and seek solutions.
- Experience in leading a team or managing projects independently.
- Basic understanding of Website marketing is a plus.
- Highly initiative and creative but have an open mind for feedbacks.
- Having a good command in English, both written and verbal.
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- An out-of-the-box thinker and happy to express fresh ideas.
- Passion for luxury watches or watches in general is highly desirable.
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 11 AM – 6 PM (Occasional weekend/after-hour work during campaigns or events)
