Working Location: Kuningan Barat, South Jakarta
Solution Engineer (1 vacancy)
Monthly Salary: USD 1,100–1,400
Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience required
Responsibilities:
Provide pre-sales technical support including requirements gathering, solution design, market research, product presentations, and technical documentation
Possess strong experience in solution integration and system design; understand software engineering, audio/video communications, cloud computing, and enterprise/education service ecosystems.
Collaborate with Sales and BD teams to drive project progress, effectively coordinating with product, R&D, and ecosystem partners.
Conduct technical research, pre-sales consultations, and system design, including drafting technical proposals, construction plans, and tender documentation.
Gather market intelligence and conduct competitive analysis to support project competitiveness and product iteration.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Automation, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronic Technology, or Network Engineering.
Strong learning ability, self-motivation, and problem-solving skills.
Clear system thinking and logic; strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of producing clear business and technical documentation.
Knowledge of education technology, audio/video communication, AI, cloud computing, blockchain, or metaverse industries is a plus.
Excellent communication, strong execution, teamwork, and professionalism.
