DESIGNATION : Solution Engineer/Business Process Analyst
RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Summary
The Solution Engineer / Business Process Analyst will work closely with business stakeholders to map current business processes and produce detailed activity diagrams for each department. They will review existing processes to identify opportunities for optimization and transformation, monitoring the performance and impact of new or updated processes to ensure alignment with operational goals.
The role:
- Collaborate with stakeholders across all organizational levels to understand existing processes, challenges, and new initiatives.
- Develop and document detailed process mappings, including activity diagrams, for each department.
- Engage with Heads of Departments (HODs) and relevant stakeholders to validate and confirm identified processes.
- Provide expert technical and domain advice to enhance the quality and efficiency of business processes.
- Identify opportunities for process transformation and propose operationally sound solutions to meet business requirements.
- Support audit exercises by collaborating with stakeholders to address findings and ensure compliance.
- Have adequate experience in business process design using MS Visio and business process implementation leveraging SOX-based approaches.
- Assist the Head of Solutions in strategic planning related to system architecture and process enhancements to support business growth and transformation.
QUALIFICATIONS
We think you'll fit in great with us if you have:
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering/Science, Accounting information system, or equivalent
- Preferable 3-5 years of related working experience in Business process analyst
- Having basic accounting and/or financial transactional knowledge will be desired
- Domain knowledge with at least 3 years of working experience in Telco IT systems will be desired
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and written/verbal communication skills
- Meticulous at analysis/design documentation
- Pro-active, independent, resourceful, able to work in a team environment and work independently with minimal supervision
- Positive disposition with ability to work well with all functional levels within the organization
- Strong analytical skills and experience in process mapping, optimization, and transformation.
- Proficiency in creating detailed activity diagrams using process design tools, such as MS Visio.
- Knowledge of SOX-based approaches for business process implementation and compliance will be preferable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders.
- Proven ability to provide technical and domain-specific advice.
- Experience in supporting audit exercises and ensuring compliance with business processes.
- Business travel to regional countries is expected
