We are looking for a Female Spa Receptionist to join our amazing team at KOYA Spa. We are Award Winning Best Healing Spa in highly demand that provides Professional massage to help clients to restore the body and find a place of calm.
As part of our Team, your role will include, but not limited to:
Greet and welcome guests in a warm and courteous manner as they arrive at the spa.
Reception duties, managing bookings, and payments.
Daily cleaning of the premises
Managing guest changeovers and guest experience
We have excellent system's and processes to help you excel in this role and will provide full training.
