Responsibilities:
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree with a major in Mechanical engineering, or any related education background.
Experience:
- Have minimum of 6 years of working experience to organize, manage and control Crane’s
Specific Knowledge:
- Good understanding of project execution knowledge for EPC Project.
- Good technical knowledge in engineering and construction.
- Proficiency in project management and other software, AutoCad, and MS Office
- Strong analytical and coordination skills for task management, reporting and stakeholder interactions
- Problem-solving: ability to identify issues and propose solutions to ensure project success
- Organization skills: effective time management and organizational skills to manage multiple projects
- Attention to detail: ensuring accuracy and precision in documentation and reporting
- Ability to work independently & effectively as an individual well as in team and handle tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, ability to articulate complex problems and solutions in a simple, logical, and impactful manner.
Area of Responsibilities:
- Conduct Heavy equipment (especially Crane’s) engineering work design activities for projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on Heavy equipment (especially Crane’s) systems and equipment selection, installation, and commissioning.
- Collaborate with other engineering disciplines to integrate Heavy equipment (especially Crane’s) designs with overall project requirements.
- Conduct feasibility studies, cost estimates, and risk assessments for Heavy equipment (especially Crane’s) type and systems.
- Review and approve technical specifications, drawings, and documents related to Heavy equipment (especially Crane’s) engineering.
- Supervising to the Operator cranes, Rigger and contractors employee at site and providing mentorship and technical support.
- Participate in project meetings, and liaise with vendor and subcontractors to resolve technical issues.
- Identify and implementing improvement in Heavy equipment (especially Crane’s) engineering practices.
- Ensure the efficiency of cost and adhere to project schedule
