We’re looking for a proactive and creative Store Supervisor who can oversee daily operations at our bookstore while bringing the brand’s voice across social media and in-store experiences. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, perfect for someone who’s passionate about books, branding, and community building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations and overall activities at the bookstore, ensuring smooth day-to-day workflows.
- Take charge of the store's branding and social media presence by developin content ideas, copywriting and maintaining brand consistency.
- Ensure the physical and digital brand experience is aligned.
- Collaborate with the internal team and act as the brand’s on-site lead.
- Act as a responsive and agile problem solver
- Support offline and online campaigns, events, and seasonal programs.
Minimum Qualifications: Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related creative fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in branding, creative industry, or retail.
- Strong ability in copywriting and storytelling for social media.
- Good understanding of managing both online and offline store operations.
- Familiar with or interested in the publishing industry and literary trends.
- Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent English skills (both oral and written)
- Familiarity or passion for the retail or publishing industry is a significant plus.
- Experience handling store operations or visual merchandising.
