We are a Chinese Fine-Dining Restaurant located in the heart of Bali area is looking for Strategic Marketing to develop and execute plans to boost brand awareness, attract customers, and drive sales through online and offline channels.
Core Responsibilities :
1. Design comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the restaurant's business goals and market trends.
2. Maintain a consistent and appealing brand image across all marketing communications and customer interactions.
3. Plan and launch promotional campaigns, events, and partnerships to drive customer acquisition and retention.
4. Oversee social media, email marketing, content creation, and other digital initiatives to reach and engage the target audience.
5. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and inform future strategies.
6. Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
Qualifications :
1. Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, with a strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
2. Ability to analyze market trends, competitor activities, and campaign performance to identify opportunities and make data-driven decisions.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to create compelling content and collaborate effectively with teams and external partners.
4. Strong project management skills to oversee marketing initiatives from conception to completion, including setting targets and tracking deliverables.
5. Familiarity with the hospitality and food service industries, including current consumer trends and consumer behavior.
6. Work closely with culinary, sales, and operations teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with menu offerings, promotions, and overall business goals.
7. Build relationships with influencers, vendors, agencies, and other brands to create joint marketing initiatives and expand reach.
