- Identifying and reaching out to potential external partners (e.g., PIC Venue/Mall/Media).
- Managing and maintaining strong relationships with external stakeholders, including but not limited to Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) across various fields and industries.
- Coordinating pre-campaign activities such as media planning and recommendations, contract negotiations, and ensuring pre-campaign processes align with established guidelines.
- Monitoring and analyzing partner performance and feedback, providing periodic reports and insights to the internal team.
- Conducting research and staying updated on the latest trends and best practices within the industry.
- Maintaining and updating partnership databases and records.
- Performing necessary administrative tasks, including data collection and input.
- Open to all majors (Business, Business Administration, Marketing, and Communication majors preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Familiarity with Google Suite tools.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data effectively.
