Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in Partner Management, Business Development, Sales, or Channel Development in the technology industry.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience managing strategic partnerships and leading projects from conception to completion.
- Understand the Indonesian smartphone market, digital ecosystem, and players within the carrier and retail sectors.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal direction.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and gain buy-in from partners and internal teams.

Responsibilities
- Execute a strategy to grow, defend, and monetize the Android ecosystem in Indonesia/SouthEast Asia.
- Manage relationships with Android partners, including carriers and retailers.
- Lead the execution of initiatives and partnerships that accelerate Android adoption and deliver value to users and partners.
- Serve as a point of contact between Indonesian partners and Google's internal cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and marketing.
- Create narratives backed by data analysis to highlight opportunities and socialize ideas with internal and external stakeholders.
