Job Description
- Process Tax Invoices (Faktur Pajak / FP)
- Process Replacement Tax Invoices (Faktur Pajak Pengganti / FPP)
- Handle Free of Charge (FOC) order processing
- Monitor and maintain proper filing of Delivery Notes, both in hard copy and digital formats
- Process Internal Consumption transactions for customers
- Manage warranty claim processing for G1 Channel customers
- Prepare and provide sales transaction reports to designated customers
- Print and deliver hard copy invoices to specific customers as required
- Provide information on free stock availability to Key Account Managers (KAM)
- Support mitigation control activities to ensure accuracy and compliance in processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) or Diploma IV (D4) in any major, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or Management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical thinking, effective communication skills, and the ability to work independently
- Basic proficiency in English, both spoken and written
Additional Information
- Full-time paid internship for 6 months (July-December).
- Open for COLLEGE STUDENTS ONLY and WILL NOT GRADUATE DURING THE INTERNSHIP PERIOD.
