Wine Adore is looking for a Talent Acquisition to support our growing team!
This role is perfect for someone who’s passionate about recruitment and ready to take ownership of end-to-end hiring in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist full recruitment cycle, especially screening and shortlisting candidates
- Coordinate closely with HRBP & Hiring Managers to fulfill manpower needs
- Help standardize and improve our screening and hiring process
- Contribute to the achievement of our ambitious hiring goals
What We’re Looking For:
- Based in Bali and able to work on-site 2x/week
- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated
